No Equipment Needed
Elevate workouts are all bodyweight so you can perform the workouts anywhere anytime no excuses. Only two classes use equipment; we encourage you to use household items such as cans of food, bottles of water etc
Live Real time Workouts
No cookie-cutter, pre-recorded, makeup clad models. Just real mums living normal lives and sharing that with you. Same issues and hurdles so its super motivating and relatable.
Convenient
If you are a busy mum/woman Elevate is perfect for you. Over and done within 30 minutes from start to finish and you can replay any of the workouts in the library at a convenient time that suits you.

Say hello to Elevate Live Virtual Training – a supportive community of women who are working to make exercise a consistent part of their lives. Everything we do at Elevate is about living a healthy lifestyle long term and accepting and loving the body we are in – no quick fixes. We encourage you to do your best but also allow be kind to yourself. We are a work in progress, and we are not chasing perfection just finding ourselves, happiness and an abundance of energy.
Fundamentals
Fundamentals is a great workout for those returning to movement for the first time in a long time. Working on improving a persons foundational strength and fitness, focusing on core control, balance and mobility. Utilising a chair if you need it, canned food for added resistance or child
Back 2 Basics
This workout is designed for beginners or those who are after a lower impact workout. The class is low impact with little to no jumping and a chair can be used to reduce the intensity. This workout is a great stepping stone to the HIIT workouts. Great for pre and post pregnancy women.
Yoga
Ashtanga Yoga translates as the ‘eighth limb’. The practice aims to unify the mind, body and soul. We work on the physical busy through the intelligent control of the mind. The effects of yoga are taken way beyond the mat into our everyday lives and interactions with people.
Pilates
Designed to help you build the strength in those weaker body areas in a controlled manner. Focusing on full body strength that will tone your body and improve your flexibility, muscle balance and control.
Tabata Max
Using basic equipment to tone and strengthen your body with our Tabata Max workouts. If you don’t have weights don’t worry, use anything from around the home that is heavy.
HiiT
Our HIIT workouts are designed to be a short but high intensity blast. Put in maximum effort for a short amount of time to get results. We focus on Upper strength and lower strength in separate sessions which is great for those experiencing injuries or inflammation in certain areas and also allows our clients to get the best results.

Elevate is made up of a wonderful group of down to earth, relatable, qualified, health and fitness professionals whose aim is to provide you with the skills and motivation required to meet your health and fitness goals. We are busy women just like you all juggling to do our daily jobs plus take care of our families and ourselves.

Sheree Johansen
Founder and owner of Elevate Live Virtual Training. Sheree is based in Geraldton, WA with her husband and 3 children. She began Elevate after her own experiences as a new mother and the struggles to train outside the home.

Laura Franceschi
HiiT, Fundamentals Back2Basics
Laura is a mother of 2 boys and a local Geraldton Mother. She loves the ocean and being fit. After attending outdoor group fitness for over 5 years with Sheree, she has become a bit of a mini me repeating many cues whilst performing her favourite HIIT each week.

Kelley
Pilates & Nutritionist
I am a Clinical Pilates Instructor with almost a decade of teaching experience and Nutritionist for the last 7 years and help people to fix their gut health, nourish their bodies and ditch diets for good! I am also trained in TRX (which I love!) and a boxing coach and am the master trainer of a boxing x pilates method in Australia.
Our Timetable..

Join us live and workout the same time or replay whenever it suits you. We cannot see our participants working out but we can see your name if you are live with us and we will encourage you along the way. We have over 1000 workouts in our workout library that you can select any genre/style that you feel like doing on any particular day.
