G'day new mums and mums-to-be!

I’m Sheree Johansen, and I have been a Personal trainer for over 12 years and a mother of 3 for over 16 years. We have teamed together with some intelligent amazing woman that are physiotherapists and health specialists to guide you through out your journey of motherhood and beyond.  We’re here to support you during this exciting time with our specialist created pregnancy and post-natal exercise programs. Back2Basics (pregnancy), & Fundamentals (post-natal).

This is my family and I was lucky enough to give birth to my three daughters without intervention and I also had rather fast births. I remember the midwives telling me that “I am a natural breeder..” lol I don’t think so, but I do believe because I kept active throughout all my pregnancies that that assisted in my birth journey. 

It also helped me bounc back, so to speak, after having them. However nothing prepares you for the sleep less nights and the rest but exercise saved me.

It gave me an outlet, a moment to feel human and to be a better mother.
