⏰Alarm went off at 6am
I didn’t want to get up!?(that’s always the case during winter these days)
My body is sore and tired.
I watch Laura’s workout for a few minutes who had the early workout at 5.30am.
I roll out of bed and say to myself “how the heck am I going to do HIIT in 30min”?
I have no idea how, but I do.
My body hurts from shoulders to toes. (My doing so can’t complain)
I press GO LIVE on Facebook.
One person pops up as attending, then 4, 5,6 and the numbers grow.
Instantly my body doesn’t hurt and as I explain the workout I am pumped and ready to go. ?
This pic is me afterwards, not so tired and sore no more but definitely sweaty as.
Doing exercise first thing in the morning makes my decision making all day improve.
I am also more productive!!
I may hate waking when the alarm goes off each time but to read and hear the effect it has on others makes it all worthwhile!!
