Even though I didn’t follow the plan 100%, when I made changes the meal plan helped me choose the best options to make something else with what I had and still stay close to the plan you created. 
My digestion is way better!! My fatigue has improved and I’m sleeping better as well. 
This challenge has helped me get off gluten again (I need to be gluten free and have been struggling to get off it after nearly 2 years back on it).

No 3pm Slump anymore!

I’m a notorious lunchtime snacker, so having a guide and a high-protein lunch helped me dodge the 3pm slump monster. I upped my exercise game which I think helped my body shape up a bit.

Overall, I feel way better about myself, and my libido might have gotten a little boost as I feel more confident in my skin. I had fun with the meal plans, though I tweaked them slightly and I still had my evening dark chocolate as a treat. 

I don’t bother with scales or measuring tapes, but my before and after photos show a small difference in my body, which is a nice bonus. Thanks to Sheree and the gang for keeping me accountable, this challenge was a breeze, and I’ll definitely keep some of these new habits!

Down 2.1kg & Less Pain

I just finished the elevate 3 series challenge and I really enjoyed it! I only probably did 80% of it, due to life happening along the way, but still feel amazing ! My body feels less stiff , I have been recieving compliments on how good I look , and have been noticing a big change in my belly bloat! Yoga was also much easier as the challenge progressed! I’ve loved all the smoothy recipes as that’s something I do enjoy having for breakfast , and I will definatly be taking the morning shots with me into the future as well!! Last but not least I actually lost a lot of bloat, guessing fluid , my start weight was 71.9kg , but this morning I weighed in at 69.8 .

I wouldn’t recommend this program without trying it first. Despite my best efforts to sabotage my results with Mother’s Day cake and not following the meal plan 100%, I still achieved significant changes.
